SAFETY:
- Please review the Emergency Exit Plan posted on your door. Two lights in your room are connected to an emergency power system.
An electrical outlet for the TV may be used during power interruptions.
The water heater in your bathroom and the air conditioning unit are not connected to the generator. - The electrical outlets in the Hotel room are NOT designed to accommodate cooking and ironing
appliances.
For laundry, pressing, rates, and collection time, please call housekeeping. - This is a NO-SMOKING building pursuant to ORDINANCE NUMBER 34, series of 2017. Please
extend the same courtesy of a clean-smelling room to the next guest. Your room is equipped
with a smoke detector and fire sprinklers for your safety. - CHILDREN SHOULD ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED BY ADULTS WHEN NEAR THE WINDOWS
SECURITY:
- We respect your privacy. We will NOT “make up” your room unless we see your “make-up room” sign outside your door.
- When rooming in with non-family members, prudence suggests that you bring your valuables with you when you leave the room.
Please hang the “make-up room” sign only if each of you agrees. - Remember to lock your windows before leaving the room. You are enjoined to make use of the safe in your room. In any hotel, it is prudent to leave cash, valuables, documents, cell phones, laptops, jewelry, etc., in the room safe. Additional valuables can be turned over to the Duty Manager for safekeeping in the Hotel Manager’s safe.
4.Remember your room safe code. It is advisable to write it down. If requested, the room safe can only be opened by an authorized trusted third party from 8 a.m.to 5 p.m. only, in the presence of the guest, a hotel manager, and a security personnel.
- Do not open your door to strangers. Peep through the door viewer before opening the door.
If you notice anything suspicious, please call the Front Office for assistance. - Visitors are allowed until 10 P.M. only.
For your security, visitors must inform the Front Office before proceeding to the guest room areas.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
- Please refrain from playing loud music and making loud and disturbing noises. Everyone fairly deserves a relaxing environment.
- Pets are not allowed inside the building.
- Gambling and other games of chance are not allowed.
- Alcoholic beverages should not be consumed in common areas.
- Hanging of clothes or any items in balconies or near windows is not allowed.
- Please help conserve water and electricity.
- PWD/SC discount will be applied upon check-in. Any excess payment will be refunded upon check-out.
- Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
PAYMENTS & CHARGES:
- Personal checks are not accepted as payment for any services rendered by the hotel.
- Should you be interested in acquiring HOTEL VENIZ items from your room as souvenirs, please contact the Front Desk, and we will try to have them available for your purchase upon check-out.
- The interior decorations, fixtures and linens of all rooms are accounted for. Lost and/ or damaged/ misused items will be charged to your account. Ex. Bath Towels misused to clean shoes.
- Guests are advised not to transfer amenities like towels, linens and appliances to another room to
avoid unnecessary charges being billed to you. - Please surrender your key card to the Front Desk upon check-out. Fees will be charged for lost key cards and lost remote control units.
- P500 CLEANING FEE PLUS CORRESPONDING GOVERNMENT PENALTIES will be charged for smoking in the room.
